Is Iterative Development Still Relevant?
Iterative development dates back to the 1950s but gained widespread adoption in the 1990s with the introduction of the Rational Unified Process (RUP).
RUP is divided into four phases: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition, and allows for overlapping activities.
